Digital Marketing Contractor – Lead Generation

Summary

Reports To: Marketing Director

Location Requirements: Must be located in Orlando, FL

This role will be: Part Time Contractor 20 -30 hrs/week.

This role is an entry level position in a fast-paced organization. Your primary responsibility will be the daily management of marketing emails, building leads and possibly sitting in client meetings or joining calls, to gain business experience that will enable you to impact business development in the clinical and digital space. Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
BS in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing or related
Strong time management and work ethic
Deep intellectual curiosity to learn the business
Positive and can-do mentality
Strong attention to detail
Strong English written & verbal communication skills
Clinical Research experience is a plus
Digital Marketing (basic web development, html, email platforms, SEO, SEM, social media channels) experience is a plus
Multiple languages skills is a plus
Experience in MS Office is preferred
Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation tools is preferred

Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities. Nurture and qualify prospects derived from marketing efforts via telephone, email, social media, etc.
Research, qualify, and confirm lead contact data
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Set appointments for Sales Director, Executives to meet with prospective customers.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers from trade shows and events.
Set appointments with qualified prospects for a sales discussion with the goal of closing qualified leads.
Answer inbound sales calls from potential customers, obtain client information, answer questions, provide information and follow up as needed.
Manage data for all prospects and customers within Excel, Google Sheets, and Pipeline Deals CRM.
Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data when account information is incomplete to ensure data integrity.
Data entry, management & maintenance to ensure data integrity, monitor data & process.
Manage lead lists within company’s marketing automation tool (Hubspot) to support marketing campaigns.
Work with Marketing Director to develop and manage follow-up email templates and nurture streams.
Compensation:
Independent contractor, hourly rate of $15/hr
