Well, that couldn't be easier! Just download the Membership application (by clicking on the button below), print it out on your home/office printer and send in the application with your payment to the following address:

NOTE: The file that you are downloading is a zipped file. It's file name is: "Ad2_MemberApp.pdf.zip". If you don't already have an unarchiving app on your computer, you will need the following... On a PC, you will need WinZip to open it. On a Mac, you will need Stuffit Expander. Opening the file will expand it into a .pdf file.
