Maven Creative is seeking a Studio Manager/Project Manager who will support our Creative and Account Teams in a fast-paced, creative and highly collaborative environment. On an individual level, the Studio/Project Manager should have strong communication and organizational skills, a pleasant disposition, sense of humor, positive attitude, strong work ethic, a serious drive to ensure client satisfaction and an attention to detail that’s second to none.


• Works with team to resource and manage project timelines, tasks and milestones, and communicate project details to all parties
• Acts as a ‘process champion’ – reinforces the use of agency process and drives projects using established workflow tools
• Ensures Creative Team adheres to project schedules, check-ins and deadlines
• Communicates updates, key dates and action items on a daily basis
• Ensures and overseas hourly tracking across all employees
• Monitors project budgets against hours worked/hours remaining to ensure profitability
• Sends and tracks all invoices
• Participates in weekly meetings to discuss and evaluate current needs and project roadmaps
• Generates and reviews project reports
• Partners with Account Team to ensure that requested modifications are documented, communicated and implemented
• In the absence of Account Executive, fields requests from client to ensure continuity
• Mastery of PM Applications such as Harvest, Asana and Dropbox
• Oversees quality assurance and proper approvals throughout process
• Provides production, vendor and logistics support when needed
• Shares internal reporting and analytics
• Maintains and enhances file management organization
• Assists with office admin and internal operations, as needed
• Schedules special team events


• Two or more years experience in project management or related role
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional, collaborative attitude
• Must be able to complete tasks on tight deadlines
• Experience and interest in the creative process
• Familiarity and/or willingness to master digital workflow management platforms
• Excellent planning skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Ability to create, maintain and rapidly adapt project schedules and deliverables
• Basic understanding of the applications used in the design field
• Experience in Print Production file preparation and vendor handoff
